Fable 2 HELP !!!!!!!!! XBOX 360?

im looking for Legendary Katana:Diachan, i know its located at the brightwood tower, but i cant find it, so i need a "walkthrough" to get it, and i need to know if you can only get it at a certain time or quest. thanks

if I remember correctly... go to the top of the tower that has the cullis gate (if you got this far in the game) then jump off the side where this is a circle opening (you have to jump off the building into this circle opening - look before you leap). Go through this place and when you finally get outside again there will be a chest near you. It is in the chest.
